One: Today being called by Lord Jūzō, though there was no particular matter
he handed over a rough draft as follows

One: Regarding Mizoguchi Village people, the matter of illegal river [drying] will be reported later
Concerning this, if you make it official, from here it becomes
a rural district matter
One: Within Katsuma riverbed and Benzaiten riverbed, concerning
