一今日御用罷出候十蔵殿へ申上候所
私義今年松茸山年番相勤申候

一御築川弁才天川原橋下只今ニ而は

一、今日御用で出仕した十蔵殿が申し上げるには
私の件で二年松茸山年番を務めることになりました
総じて申し上げる通り、初めは同役による検査副
を行っていただきたく申し上げます
同日
一、御築川弁才天川原の揚下□□においては
まだ水□がございます。相定めることは申し上げ難く
無様に図って百五十人ほども題して
成就できるでしょうかと存じます旨。これについて十蔵殿が
仰せになるには、権左衛門方からも申してきたところでは
川の様子は同様に聞こえます。また一両日
吟味して申し上げましょう旨を仰せになりました。もっとも他の川の
吟味には及びません旨を仰せになりました

一、同日九つ時過ぎに中屋殿からの御使いの下
に相成りました。北大出村の願い事は中々六ヶ敷く
書付の吉頭、御代官平三郎様へ
公事の□もこの築川の事に
沙汰がございます以上を成されました。右の件は
先ず上伊那郷代官方へ御用入りで
その上で羽場村役人の御□寄せを成され
委曲如くに得て一通り申すことはございませんでしたら

これについて同役談で貞六を取り参らせましたなら
都合がよろしく、川筋運送御免の
件を御用方へ願いいたしますよう申し付けました
