松平肥前守領内岐志浦漂着唐船の件について最初にお伺いしたところ、信牌のない船の件ですので外記様から仰せ付けられるであろうと、詳細を徳永弥次右衛門へ仰せ聞かされた通り、御書で仰せ下され弥次右衛門へ仰せ聞かされた趣旨をも具に申し越し承知いたしました。外記様から右の船は信牌を持参せず、御奉行様から引き送りの件について御指図がございませんでしたら打ち払うよう心得申すべき由を徳永弥次右衛門へ仰せ渡された由を申し越してきました。この度漂着した唐船は漂流の悪船とは異なり疑わしい点もなく、前々海上不順のためやむを得ず漂着した船の体に見え、いささかも不法のことはございません。もはやその津へ引き寄せる必要がない趣旨でしたら、漂着の場所から直ちに帰帆するよう仰せ付けられ、その上で悪船同様に漂着いたしましたら打ち払い申すよう仰せ付けになるのではございませんでしょうか。もちろんこの間の筆談で帆柱が損じた由が見えます。もしその通りでしたら直ちに帰帆することも難しいことがあるのでしょうか。その点は計り難いです。右の趣旨を詳細に申し上げ重ねてお伺い申すべき由
