一、下部丹波守殿、渡辺外記殿へ拙者共からの口上書二通を指し越し候。孫六・瀬兵衛持参の覚書にも記載の通り、徳永弥次右衛門と申し談じて相勤めるよう申し談じなさい。長清様からの御口上は弥次右衛門が申し述べるよう申し遣わされ候。すなわち弥次右衛門への書状箱をも差し越し候間、両人へ渡し遣わしなさい。
一、信牌を持参しない唐船には水や薪すら与えない趣でございます。しかし水薪は格別の物ですので、少しずつこの間からも遣わされた事でございます。長崎までの間何日かかるかも計り難く候間、岐志出船の際、夜に入っても目立たないよう見計らって遣わされる分は差し支えございません。もっとも覚書にも記載の通り、船中でも日数がかかり止むを得ず望む場合は、少しずつは遣わさないでは成り立たないでしょう。もっとも水薪の件について長崎で申さないよう、警固の面々へ申し談じなさい。
