大覚世尊は大悲心をもって方便利導し、彼の凡庸な者たちを漸修に赴かしめるのである。ある日、客があって、諸仏菩薩乃至諸天諸神の霊像を図画し、予に序を作らせて梓に寿せんと来請した。予は衣を整え正座して、初めから拝覧するに、端厳和雅の慈相、忿怒勇猛の威容は、自然に人をして帰依せしめる
