名-相￣ヲ＿一。能￣ク辨￣ス＿二其異-同￣ヲ＿一。實￣ニ緇侶￣ノ之所＿レ宜￣ク＿二
貴重￣ス＿一也。嗟₋呼向-善之徒。拜￣レ＿二其靈像￣ヲ＿一。

敬いの心は深く、警戒し畏れる意は厚い。それら描写の巧みさは、言葉では表現できないほどである。しかし、名前は同じでも相が異なるもの、名前は異なっても相が近いものがあり、楽器や兵器仏具の品類に至るまで多岐にわたる。ひとたびこれを繙き看れば、童蒙であっても、よくその名相を知ることができ、よくその異同を弁別することができる。実に僧侶が宜しく貴重とすべきものである。ああ、向善の徒よ。その霊像を拝し
英語訳
The heart of reverence runs deep, and the intention of caution and awe is profound. The skillfulness of their depiction cannot be expressed in words. However, there are those with the same names but different forms, and those with different names but similar appearances, extending even to the many categories of musical instruments and Buddhist ritual implements. Once one opens and examines this work, even children and the unlearned can come to know their names and forms, and can distinguish their differences and similarities. This is truly something that members of the clergy should treasure. Alas, you followers of the good path! Worship these sacred images
