現代語訳
大聖歓喜天（だいしょうかんぎてん）
大聖天を降伏するには大威徳明王の法を誦する。本地は観音である。深秘であるため詳しくは述べない。
大行星（だいぎょうしょう）
『簠簋』によると牛頭天王の前身である。
他化自在天（たけじざいてん）
護伽藍神である。梵語のヴィーダ（韋駄）をここでは智と言い、論ではここで韋を姓とする。霊威の要略として諱を琨という。南方天王の将の一つであり、四王の三十二将を合わせてその首となる。
韋駄天（いだてん）

堅牢地神（けんろうじしん）
『両巻疏』によると、これは欲界の頂である。婆舎跋をここでは他化自在という。他の所を借りて化して自分の楽とする。すなわちこれは魔王である。
夜叉天（やしゃてん）
『婆沙論』によると須弥山の中に住んで諸天を守護することを事とする。
英語訳
Mahā-Gaṇapati (Daishō Kangiten - Great Sacred Joyful Deva)
To subjugate the Great Sacred Deva, one recites the dharma of Yamāntaka (Great威徳 Bright King). His fundamental nature is Avalokiteśvara. Because this is deeply esoteric, it will not be explained in detail.
Daigōshō (Great Planet)
According to the Hokki, this is the previous incarnation of Gozu Tennō (Ox-Head Deva King).
Paranirmitavaśavartin (Takejizaiten - Deva of Others' Transformations at Will)
This is a protector deity of monasteries. The Sanskrit Veda is called "wisdom" here, and in the treatise, Wei is taken as a surname. As a summary of spiritual authority, his secret name is Kun. He is one of the generals of the Southern Deva King, and becomes the chief when combined with the thirty-two generals of the Four Kings.

According to the Two-Volume Commentary, this is the summit of the desire realm. Vaśavartin is called "others' transformations at will" here. He borrows other places and transforms them into his own pleasure. This is precisely the Demon King.
Yakṣa Deva
According to the Vibhāṣā Śāstra, he resides within Mount Sumeru and makes it his duty to protect the various devas.
