**難陀龍王**
『名義集』に「善歓喜と翻す」とある。歓喜の中の勝れたるものゆえに「善」という。
**迦楼羅王**
『華厳経』には金翅鳥（こんじちょう）という。迦楼羅鳥は翅（はね）が金色で、頭に如意珠を繋ぐ。
**緊那羅王**
また真陀羅ともいう。秦（中国）では「人にして非人」という。天の伎楽の神である。これは諸天の糸竹（弦楽・管楽）の神であり、文殊の化身である。
**阿修羅王**
什（鳩摩羅什）が曰く、秦（中国）では「不飲酒」という。これは悪趣であり、男は醜く、女は端正である。常に天と共に闘う。『維摩経』・『華厳経』には、本身の身長は七百由旬とある。
**金大王**
**乾闥婆王**
天帝の憧れる（倒れるほど愛でる）楽神である。須弥山の南にある金剛窟に住する。あるいは十宝山に居るともいう。

**Nanda Dragon King**
The *Mingyi ji* (Dictionary of Names and Meanings) states that it is rendered as "joyful in goodness" (善歓喜). Because he is the most excellent among those who rejoice, he is called "good/virtuous" (善).
**Garuḍa King**
In the *Avataṃsaka Sūtra*, he is called the "Golden-Winged Bird" (金翅鳥). The Garuḍa bird has golden wings and fastens a wish-fulfilling jewel (cintāmaṇi) upon its head.
**Kiṃnara King**
Also called Candara (真陀羅). In Chinese (Qin), this is rendered as "human yet not human" (人非人). He is the deity of heavenly music and performance. He is the deity of strings and winds (music) for all the heavenly beings, and is a manifestation of Mañjuśrī.
**Asura King**
Kumārajīva states that in Chinese (Qin), this is rendered as "one who does not drink alcohol" (不飲酒). This is an evil realm of existence; males are ugly while females are beautiful. They constantly battle against the heavenly beings. According to the *Vimalakīrti Sūtra* and the *Avataṃsaka Sūtra*, the original body stands seven hundred yojanas tall.
**Kintaiō (Golden Great King)**
**Gandharva King**
He is the music deity cherished (to the point of swooning) by Indra, the Lord of Heaven. He dwells in the Diamond Cave (金剛窟) to the south of Mount Sumeru. It is also said that he resides in the Ten-Treasure Mountain (十宝山).
