現代語訳
善光寺如来
善光寺一光三尊如来は、中天竺毘遮利国の月界長者が閻浮檀金三千七百両を用いて鋳造し写し奉った所である。
本朝欽明帝十三年（壬申）に百済国の聖明王より我が朝へ渡し奉られた三国伝来のものである。
因幡薬師
因幡堂平等寺と号す。薬師如来は中天竺祇園精舎の内の療病院の本尊である。清和帝の御世、因州加留浦の網に出現し給うた。
長和五年（丙辰）に中納言行平の誓約によって感得した。碁盤の上に安置し堂等を建てたゆえに因幡堂と号す。
嵯峨釈迦如来
釈奝然は東大寺に住し三論を学んだ。永観元年の秋、入宋して勝地を巡礼し、聖禅院を開いた。優填王の造られた赤栴檀高さ五尺の釈尊を模した。帰朝の時に夢の告げを蒙った。
本仏を護持して帰るも、更に知る人なし。雍煕三年、台州の鄭仁徳の船に乗り、長和五年に帰朝して六十七歳にして卒した。
天王寺庚申像
文武天皇大宝元年（庚申）正月七日庚申の時、摂州四天王寺の民部僧都のもとへ天童が庚申の像を持参し給い、「我は帝釈天の使いである。毎年六度の庚申の日、身心清浄にして南に向かい庚申の時に拝むべし。三世の徳を得て一切の災難を除き吉祥を得る」と言って即座に昇天し給うた。

Zenkoji Nyorai (Amida Buddha of Zenkoji Temple)
The Ikkō Sanzon Nyorai (Trinity Buddha) of Zenkoji Temple was cast and created by the Elder Gakkai of Vaiśālī country in Central India, using 3,700 ryō of Jambu gold.
It was transmitted to our country from King Seimei of Baekje in the 13th year of Emperor Kinmei's reign (552 CE, Year of the Water Monkey), making it a treasure transmitted through three countries.
Inaba Yakushi (Medicine Buddha of Inaba)
Known as Inaba-dō Byōdōji Temple. The Medicine Buddha was the principal deity of the hospital within Jetavana Monastery in Central India. During Emperor Seiwa's reign, it manifested in fishing nets at Karura Bay in Inaba Province.
In the 5th year of Chōwa (1016 CE, Year of the Fire Dragon), it was obtained through the vow of Middle Counselor Yukihira. Because it was enshrined on a go board and halls were built, it is called Inaba-dō.
Saga Shaka Nyorai (Shakyamuni Buddha of Saga)
Monk Chōnen resided at Tōdaiji Temple and studied the Sanron school. In the autumn of Eikan's first year, he entered Song China to make pilgrimages to sacred sites and established Seizen-in. He modeled it after the five-shaku-tall Shakyamuni made of red sandalwood created by King Udayana. Upon his return to Japan, he received a divine revelation in a dream.
He returned protecting the original Buddha, but no one knew of it. In the 3rd year of Yongxi, he boarded the ship of Zheng Rende from Taizhou, returned to Japan in the 5th year of Chōwa, and died at the age of 67.
Tennoji Kōshin-zō (Kōshin Image of Tennoji)
In the 1st year of Taihō under Emperor Monmu (701 CE, Year of the Metal Monkey), on the 7th day of the 1st month at the hour of Kōshin, a heavenly child brought a Kōshin image to the民部僧都 (Minbu Sōzu) of Shitennōji Temple in Settsu Province, saying: "I am a messenger of Indra. Six times each year on Kōshin days, purify your body and mind, face south, and worship at the hour of Kōshin. You will gain the merit of three worlds, eliminate all disasters, and obtain good fortune." Then immediately ascended to heaven.
