【右上】
■金剛薩埵
一切の如来の菩提心（覚りの心）に帰命（南無）する。金剛薩埵等は、虚空を尽くし法界に遍く、同一の体性において、金剛界より生じ給える一切の諸仏を（礼拝する）。

一切の如来の菩提心に帰命する。金剛王等は、虚空を尽くし法界に遍く、同一の体性において、金剛界より生じ給える一切の諸仏を（礼拝する）。

『出生義』に言う：「一切の如来の菩提の無染浄体において、金剛愛を生じ奉る」

■Vajrasattva
I take refuge (namu) in the bodhi-mind (mind of awakening) of all Tathāgatas. Vajrasattva and the others, pervading all of empty space and throughout the dharma-realm, in their single unified essential nature, born from the Vajradhātu—[I pay homage to] all Buddhas thus arisen.

■Vajrarāja
I take refuge in the bodhi-mind of all Tathāgatas. Vajrarāja and the others, pervading all of empty space and throughout the dharma-realm, in their single unified essential nature, born from the Vajradhātu—[I pay homage to] all Buddhas thus arisen.
【Upper Left】
■Vajrarāga
I humbly take refuge in the bodhi-mind of all Tathāgatas. [I pay homage to] Vajrarāga and all the Buddhas of that [company].
The Shusshō-gi (Meaning of Arising) says: "From the pure and undefiled body of the bodhi[-mind] of all Tathāgatas, Vajrarāga is born and manifested."
【Lower Left】
■Vajrasādhu
I humbly take refuge in the bodhi-mind of all Tathāgatas. [I pay homage to] Vajrasādhu and all the Buddhas of that [company].
The Shusshō-gi says: "From the body of the praise [offered] in response to all Tathāgatas, Vajrasādhu ('Diamond Excellent!' / Diamond of Rejoicing) is born and manifested."
