■庚申青面金剛
【下段】
老子の三尸経に、人が生まれてから「三尸」と呼ばれるものが体内に宿り、身を離れず命を害しようとする。庚申の夜に罪を天に告げる。眠らずに三尸の名を呼べば、禍を除き福が来る。夜半の後、南に向かって再拝して言うべし。上尸はまた彭俗といい青色、中尸は白色、下尸はまた彭矯といい赤色。彭侯子・彭常子・命児子と三回唱えるべし。

■Kōshin Shōmen Kongō (Blue-Faced Vajra of the Kōshin)
【Lower Section】
According to the Laozi's Scripture of the Three Corpses (Sanshi-kyō), from the time of a person's birth, entities called the "Three Corpses" reside within the body, never leaving, and seek to harm one's life. On the night of Kōshin, they report one's sins to heaven. If one stays awake and calls the names of the Three Corpses, misfortune will be removed and good fortune will come. After midnight, facing south, bow twice and recite: The Upper Corpse, also called Hōzoku, is blue; the Middle Corpse is white; the Lower Corpse, also called Hōkyō, is red. One should chant "Hōkōshi, Hōjōshi, Meijishi" three times.
