**角宿（かくしゅく）〔第一〕**
『書経通考』に、角の二星は天の関（かん）となす。その間は天門、その内は天庭と呼ばれ、黄道がその中を通る。ゆえに、兵事を主る。

## The Twenty-Eight Lunar Mansions
**Horn Mansion (Jiao/Kaku), No. 1**
According to the *Shujing Tongkao* (Comprehensive Study of the Book of Documents), the two stars of the Horn Mansion form the Celestial Gate. The space between them is the Heavenly Gate, and the interior is called the Heavenly Court. The ecliptic passes through its center. It is therefore said to preside over military affairs.

**Neck Mansion (Kang/Kō), No. 2**
According to the *Tongkao*, the four stars of the Neck Mansion constitute the inner court of the Son of Heaven.
