紅毛菜（オランダナ）
蔬菜として食用にする。味は美味である。その葉の形はこのようで、大きくて長く、二又に分かれている。これを折ると白い汁が出て、乳汁のようである。また一葉が数回に分かれるものもある。

紫陽花はその茎が一箇所から叢生する。十茎ほどになることもある。高さは二、三尺を超えない。
