此度奉願上候樋口村東割御林之内悪木
是迄伐取候分御払頂戴仕然ル上は右
御山之儀に付御厄介筋懸申間敷候
且残木之儀も決而斧入等仕間敷候
為其御請証文差上申候処仍如件

差し上げ申す御請書のこと
この度、願い上げ奉りました樋口村東割御林のうち、悪木（雑木）について、これまで伐り取られた分をお払い下げいただきました上は、右の御山のことにつきまして、御迷惑をおかけするようなことは一切いたしません。また、残った木についても、決して斧を入れる等のことはいたしません。そのための御請証文を差し上げ申す次第であります。よって、件の如し。

**Letter of Acceptance and Undertaking**
Regarding this matter:
We hereby submit this letter of acceptance concerning the unwanted/undesirable trees (akugi) within the domain forest of the Higashiwari area of Higuchimura, for which we have submitted our petition. Now that we have received the disposal rights to the previously felled timber from said forest, we pledge that we will cause no inconvenience or trouble whatsoever with respect to the said forest. Furthermore, we pledge that we will under no circumstances use an axe or engage in any cutting of the remaining trees. We hereby submit this written pledge of acceptance as confirmation thereof.
Thus it is as stated above.
