現代語訳

炉
水火炉は軽便に作られており、銅面に錫の裏張りがされている。一つは火を置き、一つは水を置く。外側に小さな木製の架台を作ってこれを載せる。下に二層の黒漆の化粧箱が三、四個あり、中に茶具を蔵し、茶担に入れる。中国王は秀才二人にこれを管理させ、客が遊覧に出かける際には携帯して随行させる。

机（書架）
曲隠机は古式に倣い、身の回りが扇形のように湾曲し、高さは一尺ほどである。その上に褥を敷いて寄りかかる。書架は鏡架のようで小さな台座が付き、高さは半尺ほどで、席地に座って使用する。

Brazier
The water and fire brazier is made for lightweight portability, with a copper surface and tin lining. One holds fire and one holds water. A small wooden frame is made on the outside to hold them. Below are two tiers of black lacquered cosmetic boxes, three or four in number, which store tea utensils and are placed in tea carriers. The King of China assigns two scholars to manage these, and when guests go out for excursions, they carry them along.

Table (Book Stand)
The curved reclining table follows an ancient style, with the body curved like a fan shape, about one shaku high. A cushion is placed on top to lean against. The book stand is like a mirror stand with a small base, about half a shaku high, used while sitting on the floor.
