現代語訳

陶器
瓶や甕は多くが中国のものに類似している。その小さな違いは茶具と火炉の一、二種である。これを図に示す。

釜
炊事用の鍋類はすべて鉄製のものがある。その製法もかなり中国とは異なっており、柄があるものや持ち手がある所もある。夏処使の旧録には「多く螺貝の殻を炊事に用いる」とあるが、今はそうではない。時折、大きな螺貝の殻で茶を煮る者はいる。

Pottery
Bottles and jars are mostly similar to those of China. The small differences are in one or two types of tea utensils and braziers, which are illustrated in diagrams.

Cauldrons
Cooking pots and vessels all have iron versions. Their manufacturing methods also differ considerably from those of China, with some having handles and lifting points. The old records of the summer envoy state that "conch shells are often used for cooking," but this is not the case now. Occasionally, there are those who brew tea using large conch shells.
