を生（ウム）て明聖（メイセイ）なり太任之に教るに一を以てして百
を知る遂（ツイ）に周の《振り仮名：宗｜ソウ｜センソ》となれり君子／以為（ヲモヘラク）よく胎
教をなすと是らの語（ゴ）に従（シタカツ）て胎孕（タイヨウ）十月の間／善（ヨク）
保護（ホウゴ）を加るときは百人に一人も産難はあるまし
又産婦／病（ヤマイ）なきに薬を服（フク）すること勿（ナカ）れ病なきに
薬を服するは太平に《振り仮名：干戈｜カンクワ｜タテホコ》を動すに異（コト）ならす孫（ソン）
思邈（シバク）か曰人故なくんは薬を餌（クラ）ふへからす偏（ヒトヘ）に臓（ザウ）気を
助く不平ならしめは病ひ生すとなり昔し漢土（モロコシ）に
郝翁（カクワウ）といふ名医（メイイ）あり陳遶遵（チンケウシユン）といふ人の妻女（サイシヨ）病む

ことありて衆（シウ）医に是を診（ウカヽハ）しむ衆医診て曰／何（イツレ）
も労瘵（ロウサイ）なりといふ郝翁／一人（ヒトリ）断然（タンセン）として懷胎な
りとて服薬を止めしむ重て脈状を診て曰是
胎孕（タイヨウ）に極（キワマツ）て然も男児（ダンジ）なりといふ《振り仮名：娩期｜ベンキ｜ウミトキ》にして果（ハタ）
して詞（コトバ）の如しと名医／類案（ルイアン）に載（ノセ）たり故に大抵（タイテイ）の
ことには妄（ミダ）りに薬を服すへからす況や産婦に於
てをや慎むへきの太甚者（ハナハタシキモノ）なり然れとも天地に水
旱（カン）の変（ヘン）有か如く姙婦といへとも実に病脳（ヤマイ）有る
ときは医するの道あり其婦の生質（ムマレツキ）自ら調（トヽナ）ふ

文王を生んで、文王は明聖であった。太任がこれに教えるのに、一を教えれば百を知るほどであった。ついに周王朝の祖先となったのである。君子は思うに、よく胎教をなしたのだと。これらの言葉に従って、妊娠十ヶ月の間によく保護を加えるときは、百人に一人も難産はないであろう。

また産婦は病気でないのに薬を服用してはならない。病気でないのに薬を服用するのは、太平な世に武器を動かすのと同じである。孫思邈が言うには、「人は故なく薬を餌として用いるべきではない。偏に臓器の気を助けて不平衡にさせれば病気が生じる」とのことである。昔、中国に郝翁という名医がいた。陳遶遵という人の妻が病気になった

ことがあって、多くの医師にこれを診察させた。多くの医師が診察して言うには、いずれも労瘵（肺結核）であるという。郝翁一人だけが断然として懐胎であるとして、服薬をやめさせた。重ねて脈の状態を診察して言うには、「これは妊娠に間違いなく、しかも男児である」という。出産予定日になって、果たしてその言葉の通りであったと『名医類案』に載せられている。

故に大抵のことには妄りに薬を服用すべきではない。況んや産婦においてをや、慎むべきことは極めて重要なことである。しかしながら、天地に水害や干ばつの変災があるように、妊婦といえども実に病気があるときは医療する道がある。その婦人の生まれつきの体質が自然に調和している
