門の中から児頭（胎児の頭）を押すと、やや隙間ができて小便がすぐに通るようになるものである。
胞胎（胎児の発育）の説
五臓論によると、一月（妊娠1ヶ月）は珠露（真珠の露）のようである。二月は桃花（桃の花）のようである。三月は男女が分かれる。四月は形象（体の形）が備わる。五月は筋骨が生じる。六月は毛髪が生える。七月はその魂を遊ばせ、児はよく左の手を動かす。八月はその魄を遊ばせ、児はよく右の手を動かす。九月は三度身を転ずる。十月は気を受けて完成となる。
