易（エキ）に云く天地有て然後に万物あり万物有て
然後に男女あり男女ありて然後に夫婦（フウフ）あり
夫婦有て然後に父子（フシ）あり父子ありて然後
に君臣（クンシン）あり夫婦の道（ミチ）以て久しからずんば
あるへからす又曰天地／洇溫（インウン）して万物／化醇（クハジユン）す
男女／精（セイ）を合して万物／化生（クワセイ）す是天地の妙用夫
婦／交（コフ）合して子孫生々／無限（ブゲン）の機（キ）を明（アカ）し給（タマ）へり
現代語訳
理解していただけるだろう。題を「懐胎養生訓」という。これによってその身を保護すれば、必ず難産の理はないであろう。しかしながら、これは自分個人の私見である。どうしてその道を尽くすに足りようか。願わくは後の君子の訂正を請うものである。

易経にいう。天地があってその後に万物がある。万物があってその後に男女がある。男女があってその後に夫婦がある。夫婦があってその後に父子がある。父子があってその後に君臣がある。夫婦の道は長く続かなければならない。また曰く、天地が陰温して万物が化醇する。男女が精を合わせて万物が化生する。これは天地の妙用である。夫婦が交合して子孫が生々と続く無限の機を明らかにしてくださったのである。
英語訳
You will understand this. The title is "Guide to Health Preservation During Pregnancy." By using this to protect one's body, there will surely be no reason for difficult childbirth. However, this is merely my personal opinion. How could it be sufficient to exhaust the way? I humbly request correction from wise men who come after.

Guide to Health Preservation During Pregnancy

The Book of Changes says: After heaven and earth exist, then all things exist. After all things exist, then male and female exist. After male and female exist, then husband and wife exist. After husband and wife exist, then father and child exist. After father and child exist, then lord and minister exist. The way of husband and wife must endure for a long time. It also says: Heaven and earth unite in warmth and all things are refined through transformation. Male and female unite their essence and all things are born through transformation. This is the mysterious working of heaven and earth. Through the union of husband and wife, the infinite mechanism of continuous generation of descendants has been made clear.
