現代語訳

炉

水火炉は軽便に作られており、銅の表面に錫の裏張りがしてある。一つは火を置き、一つは水を置く。外側に小さな木の架台を作ってこれを載せ、下に二層の黒漆を塗った化粧箱が三、四個あり、中に茶道具を蔵して茶を入れる。中国王は秀才二人にこれを管理させ、客が遊びに出かける時はこれを携えて随行させる。

机（書架）

曲隠机は古式に倣って作られ、身体を囲むように扇形になっており、高さは一尺ほどで、その上に褥を敷いて寄りかかる。書架は鏡架のようで小さな台座が付いており、高さは半尺ほどで、床に座って使用する。

Brazier

The water and fire brazier is made lightweight and simple, with a copper surface and tin lining. One is for placing fire, one for placing water. A small wooden frame is made on the outside to hold them, with two tiers of black lacquered cosmetic boxes below, three or four in number, containing tea utensils and storing tea. The Chinese king assigns two scholars to manage these, and when guests go out for recreation, they carry these along to accompany them.

Desk (Book Stand)

The curved reclining desk follows an ancient style, surrounding the body in a fan shape, about one shaku in height, with a cushion placed on top to lean against. The book stand is like a mirror stand with a small base, about half a shaku in height, used while sitting on the floor.
