現代語訳
海胆（うに）の効能は脾胃を補い下痢を止め、よく腹痛を治すともいう。
竹蟶（まてがい） 効能・毒性は詳細不明
石決明（あわび）はよく目を明らかにし翳を去り、精気を益して五淋を治す。
牡蠣（かき）は中を調え渇きを止め、酒後の煩熱・丹毒を治す。
西施舌（みるがい）は久痢・腰痛・疝瘕を治し、婦人の帯下に用いるとよい。
寄居虫（やどかり）はよく顔色を益す効能があって、虚弱な人が食べるとよい。
蟶（うみたけ）は虚を補って下痢を止め、産後の煩悶・虚損を治す。
