小便（せうべん）へよく通（つう）ずるゆゑ。たちまち心下（しんか）をひらき。いたみを治ることいたつて

六（むつ）かしく。大便／常（つね）に結（けつ）し。或は下痢（くだり）。あるひは腹（はら）はり或（あるひは）不食（ふしよく）し
或は食（しよく）すゝみ又は動気（どうき）つよく。背（せ）よりかた首筋（くひすぢ）へこりのぼせ。耳鳴（みゝなり）
眼（め）かすみ頭痛（づつう）し。或は手足（てあし）だるく腰（こし）ひざつり。少しにても前高（つまだか）なる
道はいきたはしくて歩行（あるき）かね。種々（いろ〳〵）こごといひながら。病床（びやうせう）に伏（ふす）にも
あらず。唯（ただ）家内にぶら〳〵として万事（ばんじ）によく気がつき。少しの事も
心にかゝり左程までもなき事を深（ふか）くあんじ過（すご）し。人目（ひとめ）にはさのみ病（ひやう）
人のやうにも見えずして。終（つひ）には労症（ろうせう）となる。これ至（いたつ）て難症（なんせう）の
大病なり。諸医（しよい）種々（いろ〳〵）病名（びやうめい）を称（つけ）るといへども。全（まつた）く其原（そのもと）脾胃（ひゐ）
虚損（きよそん）より発（おこ）る症（せう）なり。就中（なかんづく）婦人（ふじん）はことさら。慎（つゝし）み深（ふか）く心の儘（まゝ）
に身（み）をもつこと能（あた）はず。気鬱（きうつ）して月水（けいすい）滞（とゞこふ）り。遂（つひ）に大病を引出（ひきいだ）
すこと多（おほ）し。《割書：予》が薬王円は脾胃（ひゐ）を補益（おぎなひ）気血（きけつ）をよく順（めぐ）らし。気（き）

○ 労咳（ろうがい）
夫（それ）労咳（ろうがい）は気体（きたい）虚弱（きよじやく）より気（き）を労鬱（ろううつ）して発（はつ）すといへども。原（もと）
脾胃（ひゐ）の虚損（きよそん）より発（おこ）る。脾胃／虚損（きよそん）するときは。気血（きけつ）めくらす
現代語訳
小便へよく通じるため、たちまち心下を開き、痛みを治すことは極めて
妙である。しかしながら、この薬を一服用いると、少し痛みが強くなる症状が、百
人のうちに一、二人もある。この症状は治さずに用いてはならない

○ 血の道（血閉）
血の道という病は、男女ともにある。その始まりは心下がふさがり、ただ何となく気分が
むずかしく、大便が常に便秘し、あるいは下痢、あるいは腹部の張り、あるいは食欲不振、
あるいは食が進み、また動悸が強く、背中から肩、首筋へのこりが上がり、耳鳴り、
眼のかすみ、頭痛し、あるいは手足がだるく腰膝がつる。少しでも前方が高くなっている
道は息が苦しくて歩行できない。種々のことを言いながら、病床に伏すというわけでも
なく、ただ家内をぶらぶらしてすべてのことによく気がつき、少しのことも
心にかかり、それほどでもないことを深く案じ過ごし、人目にはそれほど病
人のようにも見えないで、終には労症となる。これは極めて難症の
大病である。諸医が種々の病名をつけるといっても、全くその原因は脾胃の
虚損より発する症である。特に婦人はことさら慎み深く、心のままに
身を持つことができず、気が鬱滞して月経が滞り、ついに大病を引き出す
ことが多い。私の薬王円は脾胃を補益し気血をよく巡らし、気を
開き、心下をすっきりさせ鬱を散じ、また婦人は月経が滞ることなく、あら
しめる妙薬であるため、男女とも右等の病症に用いて神効があることを
決して疑ってはならない。その効果は用いて知るべきである

○ 労咳
そもそも労咳は気体虚弱より気を労鬱して発するといっても、もともと
脾胃の虚損より発する。脾胃が虚損するときは、気血が巡らず

○ Blood Blockage (Chi-no-michi)
The disease called "blood pathway" affects both men and women. Its beginning involves blockage of the epigastrium, feeling somehow troubled in spirit,
bowel movements constantly constipated, or diarrhea, or abdominal distension, or loss of appetite,
or increased appetite, and also strong palpitations, stiffness rising from the back to shoulders and neck, tinnitus,
blurred vision, headache, or limb fatigue and cramping in lower back and knees. Even slightly upward
paths cause breathlessness making walking difficult. While complaining of various things, they do not necessarily
lie bedridden, but just wander around the house paying attention to everything, with even small matters
weighing on their mind, deeply worrying over things that are not so serious, and to others' eyes they don't seem so much like sick
people, but eventually develop consumptive disease. This is an extremely difficult
major illness. Although various doctors give it different disease names, its origin is entirely a syndrome
arising from spleen-stomach deficiency and damage. Particularly women, being especially modest and unable to
conduct themselves as their hearts desire, develop qi stagnation and menstrual stagnation, often leading to
serious illness. My Yakuō-en tonifies the spleen and stomach, promotes good circulation of qi and blood, opens qi,
clears the epigastrium and disperses depression, and for women it is a miraculous medicine that ensures
menstruation flows without stagnation, so never doubt that it has divine efficacy
when used for such conditions in both men and women. Its effectiveness should be known through use.
