現代語訳
人に与えたが、一人も治せなかったことはない。遠国辺鄙の人々の病に憂えることを嘆じ表すものである。近郷の人々は私の宅にて、それぞれの病症を見分け、加減薬を調合して進ずべし。

people, and not a single person failed to be cured. This is expressed out of sympathy for people in remote and outlying regions who suffer from illness. For people in neighboring areas, I should examine their respective symptoms at my residence and prepare adjusted medicines to administer.
