この廻状は村名の下に全て受取印を押して順次伝達し、留村より返却すること。

その村々の内で開墾することができる荒廃した原野並びに末場について、禁止事項に漏れがないよう反別とともに確認し、左記の雛形に照らし合わせて取り調べること。この廻状を披見次第、相違なく提出すること。この廻状は村名の下に全て受取印を刻印して順次伝達し、留村より返却すること。

追って、本文の届書の件については、隣村又は組合等で取りまとめ、総代を以って提出すること。
