差し上げ申す一札の事
一、他国へ石切旅稼ぎに出かける者たちの件について、五人組で厳重に吟味し、人別請人を立てて出かけ申します。もちろん年貢や役務等に滞りがないようにしてから出かけるべき事。
一、御公儀様から仰せ付けられる法度の件は申し上げるまでもなく、常々仰せ付けられる趣旨を畏れ承る事。
一、この者たちの旅先での定宿は、脇書きに記載した通りで、少しも相違ございません。もし暮れになっても帰らない者がおりましたら、

Item 1: Regarding those who go to other provinces for stone-cutting work, we have conducted thorough examination through the five-household group system and have established guarantors for each person before their departure. Naturally, they shall depart only after ensuring that there are no delays in paying annual rice taxes or fulfilling other duties.
Item 2: Regarding the prohibitions decreed by the Shogunate, it goes without saying that we humbly accept and obey the directives that are constantly issued to us.
