請人並びに五人組から早速御注進仕るべく候。滞りなく帰って来た者共も早速村役人共の方へ相届け、その上で名主の方から御支配様まで御届け申し上げるべき候事。
附け足し：少々高持ちの者であっても田畑を荒らし申すまじく候様に、他へ預けて作らせ申すべく候。縦（たとえ）一歩の地であっても粗末にしない様、妻子共に申し付けて出かける様仕るべく候事。

the guarantors and five-household group members shall promptly report to the authorities. Even those who return without incident shall immediately report to the village officials, and thereafter the village headman shall report up to the district administrator.
Additional note: Even those who hold small amounts of land must not let their rice fields and dry fields fall into neglect, but should entrust them to others for cultivation. Even if it is just one bu of land, they must instruct their wives and children not to treat it carelessly before departing.
