聢と相糺廻調置候二茂

現代語訳
風俗は良い方であるが、なお一層万事について静かに注意深く改めること。
御城下町の風俗なども自然と良いように心がけるべきである。この段について厳重に申し付けるよう
御内分にて
御鳴らしである。
十一月二十三日
右の通り仰せ付けられ、なお又岡野様が詳しく御理解をお聞かせ下さった。右のことは御用根帳にも増記しておき、横町町代組頭へ理解させ申し付けた。

右の者について、兼ねてから市中の商売を正当に取り扱うよう申し付けた件については心得ているが、旅商人の身元並びに右品物の出所等をしっかりと調べて取り調べておくこともせず、金銀を高利で売る
