そのように申し付けるべきこと
一、町内の都合により他の町から子供を借りて踊らせることもあるため、札踊り等を終えた後、子供の親の家に集まり、自然と酒の勢いで踊ることもあるようだが、以前からそのようなことは決して許可されないこと
一、権現祭礼に関して、市中の若者たちや近隣の村から頼んで三味線を弾く者などが、禁止されている衣類その他、これまで申し渡してある制度の品々について心得違いのないようにすべきこと
ただし、郷組を巡回する者たちには厳しく申し付けて改めさせること
一、右と同様に、市中の男女子供に至るまで、禁止されている衣類、銀のかんざし、銀金物類、きれの前掛けその他、これまで申し渡してある制度の品々について心得違いのないように改めるべきこと

Such matters should be instructed as follows:
1. Since children are sometimes borrowed from other districts for dancing performances due to arrangements within the town districts, after札踊り (tag dancing) and other performances are completed, people gather at the homes of the children's parents, and dancing may naturally occur under the influence of alcohol. However, such practices have been strictly prohibited from the past.
1. Regarding the Gongen Festival, young people in the city and shamisen players invited from nearby villages must not make mistakes regarding prohibited clothing and other items that have been repeatedly ordered under the established regulations.
Note: Those who patrol the rural districts shall be strictly instructed to enforce these reforms.

Similarly to the above, from adult men and women in the city down to children, there must be no misunderstanding regarding prohibited items such as clothing, silver hairpins, silver and gold ornaments, fabric aprons, and other goods that have been repeatedly regulated under the established system, and these should be reformed accordingly.
