追々申渡置御制度之品々心得
違無之様可改候事

一新町鉾持町振付御上記
歌唄ひ等は当所住居とは
乍申職人或ハ召仕之趣別而
心付御法度之衣類其外追々
申渡置候品ニ心得違無之様
可致万一不束之儀有之候得ハ
召抱置候ものへ落度可為事
但書右同断
一礼踊之義一体権現祭礼ニ付
宗台も差出候之事ニ候得は
権現社地ニ而可致は勿論ニ候
得共先年満光寺寺内ニ而
踊候儀も有之候之間権現神主
鉾持村等と一昨年祭礼之節
之異地合等ニ無之腹蔵無之
事ニ候へハ新町ニ而踊候儀承
置へく候事
一祭礼中喧嘩口論慎可申
若堪忍難成程之儀有之候とも
其場を慎後日ニ可申出若手出
致候ヘハ理非ハ兎も角も仕掛
候もの差押可申兼而若者共江

銀金物類、きれの前掛けその他、これまで申し渡してある制度の品々について心得違いのないように改めるべきこと

一、新町、鉾持町の振付、御上記、歌唄い等は、当所住居とはいえ職人あるいは召使いの身分であるが、特に注意して禁止されている衣類その他これまで申し渡してある品について心得違いのないようにすること。万一不都合なことがあれば、雇い置いている者の落度とすること

一、札踊りの件については、一体権現祭礼のために宗台も差し出すことであるから、権現社地で行うのは当然のことであるが、先年満光寺寺内で踊ったこともあったので、権現神主、鉾持村等と一昨年祭礼の節の異議等もなく、腹蔵のないことであるから、新町で踊ることを承知しておくべきこと
一、祭礼中は喧嘩口論を慎むべきこと。たとえ堪忍しがたいほどのことがあっても、その場は慎んで後日申し出ること。もし手出しをすれば、理非はともかくも仕掛けた者を取り押さえること。かねてから若者たちへ
