内済の相談がまとまり、願い下げということになった。この件について双方への説得も行き届いたことによるものであり、そのような事情であるので、出費分の鳥目を下されることになった。
右の趣旨を各々立ち会いの上で申し渡すべきである。

右の通り御書き下しをもって仰せ渡された。御礼回りの件で酒井氏同道にて御奉行様へ、月番により立石氏・井沢氏へ申し上げた。もっとも呼び立てられた人に付き、書役は伊沢氏のみで、その他相書中へは回らない。同役中へは夜に入ったので、明日二十九日早朝に吹聴しても礼を申しておく。

The private settlement negotiations have been concluded, and the petition has been withdrawn. Since the persuasion of both parties has been properly carried out, and given these circumstances, bird coins (chōmoku) have been granted to cover the expenses.

As written above, this was conveyed through an official written order. Regarding the courtesy visits, accompanied by Mr. Sakai to the magistrate, and through the monthly duty system to Mr. Tateishi and Mr. Izawa. Since this concerns a summoned person, only Mr. Izawa serves as the scribe, and it does not circulate to other members of the correspondence group. Since it was already evening for the fellow officials, we will announce it early in the morning of the 29th and offer our respects.
