私義只今迄瓶数拾八瓶ニ而紺屋職仕罷在候処此度
拾壱瓶相増新町江出細工仕度奉存候依之奉願上候

恐れながら口上書をもってお願い申し上げます
私はこれまで瓶数三十八瓶で紺屋の仕事をしておりましたが、この度
十一瓶を増やして新町へ出て細工仕事をしたく存じます。よってお願い申し上げます
右の趣旨につき

一、松角材 長さ二間から三間まで
五寸角から一尺四寸まで 十一挺

右の材木は板山村の市右衛門から買い受け、同所の川原から藤澤川を通って
下里町の御橋上まで綱付けにて川下げをしたく存じます。よってお願い申し上げます

右の願書を二月八日に伊澤岩右衛門殿へ提出しておいたところ、二十四日に御許可いただきました
