現代語訳
野手崎村の知行地に続く野谷地を拝領し、新田として開発するため御竿入れ（検地）を行い、代高十七貫九十四文の土地が万治三年（1660年）二月十日に下され、本地と合わせて百三十七貫九十四文の高となりました。寛文十年（1670年）十月に、（亡父）中務が隠居を仰せ付けられ、右の知行高をそのまま相違なく拙者（私）に下し置かれる旨、同年十月二十六日に江戸において仰せ渡されました。且つまた、拙者に御奉行職を仰せ付けられる旨、江戸よりお使者として天野孫大夫・姉羽八郎右衛門が（参られました）。

英語訳
The wild wetland (noyachi) adjacent to the enfeoffed land of Notezaki Village was granted, and a cadastral survey (saoire) was conducted to develop it as new paddy fields. The assessed value of seventeen kan and ninety-four mon was awarded on the tenth day of the second month of Manji 3 (1660), bringing the combined total with the original landholding to one hundred thirty-seven kan and ninety-four mon. In the tenth month of Kanbun 10 (1670), (my late father) Nakatsukasa was ordered into retirement, and it was declared to me on the twenty-sixth day of the tenth month of that same year, in Edo, that the said landholding would be transferred to me without alteration. Furthermore, regarding the appointment of myself to the position of magistrate (bugyō), Amano Magodayū and Aneba Hachirozaemon were dispatched as messengers from Edo (to convey this order).
