Twelfth month
On the second day of the said twelfth month, at the government office, through the intermediary of Mr. Inoue-hon, the document was presented for inspection as per customary practice. Although the joint review meeting was scheduled for the fourth of that month, on that same day, Nagaoka Kanbei submitted it to Mr. Koike Taihei at his residence, who received it. It was conveyed that a receipt would be sent in due course.
