　　　Regarding this Kihei, as he had been ordered to be imprisoned from the sixth month of the past Year of the Ox through the eleventh month of the Year of the Tiger, a petition was submitted at the time of collection. Permission was granted to reduce his mizuyaku (water fee) by half, and accordingly, he paid two shu for the current year.
