【左丁】

（例年の請取書は）御奉行様へ御覧に入れ候事につき、
民政（局）へ申し上げ候段を申し上げ置き候。前（のとおり）
近藤氏御取次にて、右の段を仰せ出され候。

右につき、以来、民政局運上（は）
御同割に上納いたすべく候事、
同役中へ申し通し置き候。

(Regarding the customary annual receipt,) since the matter of presenting it to the magistrate (bugyō) for review had already been reported to the Civil Administration Office (Minsei-kyoku), this arrangement had been conveyed as stated above, with Mr. Kondō serving as intermediary, and the aforementioned instructions were thus issued.

In light of the above, it was communicated to all colleagues holding the same official duties that henceforth, the business taxes (unjo) under the Civil Administration Office are to be paid together with the other assessments (o-dowarі) on the same schedule.
