近年仲間規定猥ニ相成一同難
元続候ニ付今般相改先年通り取極申候
規定左之通り
御公儀御法渡之儀不申及
御地様御趣意御家法堅
可相守事
■【一カ】里方得意二季ニ勘定無之
方へハ仲間一同荷物送り申
間敷事
一里方ゟ注文之節手金請取
荷物送り不申者有之ハ外仲
間ゟ荷物差送り其当人商売
可為止事
一得意之儀銘々定置候所
近年現金売抔と申
売込候儀不埒ニ候得意ゟ
注文仕入ニ参り候節荷物品
切之分ハ私分ニ而買入先方へ
急度間ニ合可申事
一売場所少々ニ而荷物売捌
兼者之荷物ハ仲間談事
之上商売可為致事

仲間規定の件
近年、仲間の規定が乱れてしまい、一同が継続することが困難になったため、今回改めて先年の通りに取り決めを行います。
規定は以下の通りです。
幕府の法律については言うまでもなく、領主様のご意向や家法を堅く守ること。
一、里方（農村部）の得意先で二季（年二回）の勘定をしない取引先には、仲間一同で荷物を送ってはならないこと。
一、里方からの注文の際に手付金を受け取ったにも関わらず荷物を送らない者がいる場合は、他の仲間から荷物を送り、その当人の商売を停止させること。
一、得意先については各自が決めて置いているところ、近年現金売りなどと称して売り込むことは不届きである。得意先からの注文で仕入れに行く際、荷物の品切れ分については私費で買い入れて、先方に必ず間に合わせること。
一、販売場所が少なく荷物の販売が困難な者の荷物については、仲間で相談の上で商売を行うこと。

In recent years, our guild regulations have become lax, making it difficult for all members to continue operations. Therefore, we are now revising them to restore the standards of previous years.

It goes without saying that the Shogunate's laws must be observed, and the local lord's intentions and house laws must be strictly upheld.
Article 1: For rural customers who do not settle accounts twice yearly (in spring and autumn), all guild members shall refrain from sending goods.
Article 1: When rural customers place orders and pay deposits, if there are members who fail to send the goods, other guild members shall send goods instead, and that person's business shall be suspended.
Article 1: Regarding customers, each member has established their own clientele. However, in recent years, practices such as "cash sales" have become common, which is improper. When visiting to procure goods based on customer orders, if any items are out of stock, they must be purchased with personal funds to ensure timely delivery to the customer.
Article 1: For those who have difficulty selling goods due to limited sales locations, business shall be conducted after consultation among guild members.
