一 給人以上無足以下共ニ御聴被下候節之儀
願之上無滞御聴被下候ハヽ物成俵数共ニ
月割を以差引不足は相渡過渡は可為
上納候大扶持方并附扶持共ニ御聴被下候
日迄相渡翌日ゟ之分可為上納候若
御咎ニ而御聴被下候分は過不足之不及
差引物成俵数兼而受取置候分は

大扶持附扶持共ニ同断之事
但部屋勤之嫡子右同断之事
一 御捨扶持之類月末ニ翌月之扶持方渡候
以後相果候ハヽ不及引上渡切たるへく候
後日以前相果候分は尤其月切ニ候事

【右丁】
一 給人以上無足以下ともに御暇を下された際の儀について
願い出の上、滞りなく御暇を下された場合は、物成・俵数ともに
月割をもって差し引き、不足分は相渡し、過分は
上納すべきである。大扶持方並びに附扶持ともに御暇を下された
日まで相渡し、翌日からの分は上納すべきである。もし
御咎めにて御暇を下された分は、過不足に及ばず
差し引かず、物成・俵数をかねて受け取り置いた分は

支給し切り、残米があっても追って相渡すに及ばない。
大扶持・附扶持ともに同断のこと
ただし部屋勤めの嫡子も右同断のこと
一 御捨扶持の類で月末に翌月の扶持方を渡した
以後に相果てた場合は、引き上げに及ばず支給し切るべきである。
後日以前に相果てた分は、もっともその月限りであること
右の通り今後相定める。以上

1. Regarding the matter when both stipend recipients (kyūnin) and above, and those without rank (musoku) and below are granted leave
When leave is granted without delay upon petition, both rice yields (motonari) and the number of rice bales shall be
calculated monthly and deducted, with shortfalls to be distributed and excess amounts to be
returned. For both large stipends (ōbuchi-kata) and attached stipends, distribution shall continue until the
day leave is granted, with amounts from the following day to be returned. If
leave is granted due to misconduct, there shall be no adjustment for excess or shortage,
no deductions made, and rice yields and bale numbers previously received and held

shall be distributed in full, with no need to distribute any remaining rice later.
The same applies to both large stipends and attached stipends
However, the same applies to eldest sons serving in subordinate positions (heya-zutome)
1. For types such as abandonment stipends (o-sute-buchi), when stipends for the following month are distributed at month's end
and death occurs thereafter, there is no need to withdraw them and they shall be distributed in full.
For those who die before the later date, it shall naturally be limited to that month
