為御捨扶持可被下候尤厄介壱人ニ限候ハヽ
可為壱人扶持事
一 給人以上無足以下共ニ跡式若断絶候ハヽ
三季之渡リ時之間月割を以ハ渡リ過
有之候共被下捨ニ可相成候附扶持之分葉
尤其月切ニ候事
但月末ニ至リ翌月之時扶持相渡リ候

以後ニ候ハヽ是亦不及引上渡切たる

一 部屋住勤之嫡子病死之節給米月割
を以差引渡不足之分は親江可相渡
過渡リ有之候ハヽ親より可為上納事
但附扶持は病死之月一盃は渡リ切ニ候
若月末ニ而翌月之附扶持受取候ハヽ
其分は可為上納事
現代語訳
【右丁】
御捨扶持として下されるべきである。もっとも厄介が一人に限る場合は
一人扶持とすべきこと
一 給人以上、無足以下ともに跡式が断絶した場合は
三季の支給時の間、月割をもって支給し過ぎた分が
あっても下し捨てとなるべきである。附扶持の分は
もっともその月限りであること
ただし月末に至り翌月の時、扶持が相渡された

以後である場合は、これまた引き上げに及ばず支給し切る
べきこと
一 部屋住み勤めの嫡子が病死した際、給米を月割
をもって差し引き、不足分は親に相渡すべきである
過分の支給があった場合は親より上納すべきこと
ただし附扶持は病死の月一杯は支給し切りである
もし月末において翌月の附扶持を受け取った場合は
その分は上納すべきこと

However, attached stipends shall be distributed in full until the end of the month of death
If attached stipends for the following month are received at month's end,
that portion shall be returned
