ただし御借上がある間は、六月末日までに召し出された者は地方俵数とも、その年は残らず支給し、七月一日以後に召し出された分は、その年は半分支給すべきこと。
一 大扶持方にて他所から召し出された分は、御目見えの日、御留守の場合は家老共年寄共と面会した日より、その分を支給すべきこと。御家中から召し出された分は申し渡しからその分を支給すべきこと。

無足以下の者については、六月末日までに召し出された場合は、その年中の御給分を残らず支給すべきこと。七月一日以後に召し出された分は、その年は半分支給すべきこと。もちろん御借上の有無に関係なく同様とすること。

However, during periods when there are government loans (御借上), those summoned by the end of the sixth month shall receive their full stipend including regional rice allocations for that year, while those summoned from the first day of the seventh month onward shall receive half payment for that year.
1. Regarding those in the large stipend category (大扶持方) summoned from other domains: payment shall be calculated from the day of audience with the lord, or in his absence, from the day of meeting with the senior councilors and elders. For those summoned from within the domain, payment shall be calculated from the day of notification.

For those of ashigaru rank and below (無足以下), if summoned by the end of the sixth month, they shall receive their full stipend for that year.
