尾張・伊勢・志摩・伊賀・美濃・飛騨・信濃・甲斐の各国を巡回することになったため、人馬を提供してください。右の御朱印の写し三枚、宿泊・休憩に関する書付、および人馬に関する書付を別紙で提出する人がいます。
もちろん道筋等については、先年の御国廻りの通りに通行されるので、その心得で早々に順次伝達し、人馬に滞りがないよう手配してください。この触状は飯山城下町で勝之助方へ返却してください。以上。
