翌年在番より帰宅する暮れとその翌春の両度に割合して上納すべきことである。
一 在番先において病気により御供に残った者の滞留が何か月に及ぼうとも、上下の食扶持は当然下されるべきことである。
一 在番先へ出向いて病気等により三十日に満たずに願い出て帰宅する節は、その年中の御借上米高のうち三分の一を御用捨て下されるべきである。三十日を越えて出
