米三俵宛 甚兵衛、源兵衛、清左衛門、平左衛門
右四人は御鷹を献上した際に網張場の手伝いをいたしましたので、褒美を下されました。
右の通り褒美を下されましたので、山口図書に申し談じ、図書の手形を以て
今市御蔵より御米を渡され、右の御勘定を立てることができます。大久保
佐渡守殿の御断りにより、このようになります。以上

As rewards were granted as written above, this should be discussed with Yamaguchi Zusho, and using Zusho's certificate,
rice should be distributed from Imaichi granary, and the accounting should be settled accordingly. This is done due to Lord Okubo Sado-no-kami's declining. The above.
