一 唯今迄 御仏殿 御裳と申来候を向後 御霊屋ト
相唱 御廟与申来を 御宝塔与唱可申候已上

五位侍従被 仰付候
依之口宣之奉書
差上候官物之義者
刑部太輔為自分俄難
被差上候間先於其元
可有分取替候以来之
義者遂相談可然様
可致沙汰候為其如此候

九月十四日の御書付 大目付衆に渡された
一、今まで御仏殿、御裳と申してきたものを、今後は御霊屋と
呼び、御廟と申してきたものを御宝塔と呼ぶこととする。以上
巳年九月十四日
タ 以上
追って申し入れ候 今川刑部太輔
五位侍従に任命されました
これにより口宣の奉書を
差し上げます。官物の件については
刑部太輔が個人として急に
差し上げることは困難でございますので、まずそちらで
分取り替えをしていただき、今後の
件については相談の上、適切に
処理いたします。このような次第でございます。

Yo Shōtoku 3rd year, Year of the Water Snake Travel Bureau Diary
Written directive of the 9th month, 14th day, given to the Senior Inspectors
One: What has been called "Buddha Hall" and "sacred skirt" until now shall hereafter be called "Spirit Hall,"
and what has been called "mausoleum" shall be called "treasure pagoda." The above.

Additionally submitted: Imagawa Gyōbu-no-Taiyu
[Someone] has been appointed to Fifth Rank, Chamberlain
Accordingly, I submit this written
imperial decree. Regarding the matter of official goods,
it is difficult for Gyōbu-no-Taiyu to personally and suddenly
submit them, so first please handle
the division and exchange on your end, and for future
matters, after consultation, we shall
handle them appropriately. Such being the circumstances.
