つひに御かんてん不被成候となく舟之儀に

右これは作間（工事）の前に山は舟作りを申し候間、
半長作料諸費、万事の出費について
致し候はんと度々作兵衛殿へ申し上げ候えども、
ついに御勘定なされ候となく、舟の儀に
御座候間、有様に仰せ上げられ、右の木を下し候
用に願い奉り申し候。後日のため一札差し上げ申し候。
よって件の如し 佐久間

英語訳
The above concerns boat construction before the construction work,
regarding the mountain timber for boat building,
concerning the half-length construction fees and various expenses,
though we have repeatedly petitioned Sakubei-sama about these matters,
no accounting has been made, and regarding the boat matter,
as reported according to the circumstances, we humbly request
that the aforementioned timber be provided for this purpose.
We submit this written pledge for future reference.
Therefore, as stated above Sakuma
