今度、美濃部三郎左衛門・萩原十助・冨本武兵衛が川舟奉行を仰せ付けられ候につき、舟の極印を打ち替え候間、何舟によらず、来たる三月初めより四月中までに江戸へ出舟し、極印を受くべし。委細の儀は右三人よりの書付を相添え遣わし候。もし遅々仕り候、然また今度の極印に出ぬ舟これ有り候而、脇より知れ候は曲事たるべき者なり。

**Notice (Oboegaki)**

On this occasion, Minobe Saburōzaemon, Hagiwara Jūsuke, and Tomomoto Takehyōe have been appointed as River Boat Magistrates (Kawafune Bugyō). In connection with this appointment, the official stamps (gokuin) on vessels are to be replaced. Accordingly, all boats, without exception, shall proceed to Edo between the beginning of the 3rd month and the end of the 4th month of the coming year to receive their new official stamps. Detailed instructions are being sent along with a written notice from the aforementioned three officials. Should there be any delay, or should any vessel be found that has not come forward to receive the new stamp on this occasion and this comes to light through other parties, it shall be treated as a serious offense.
