近年在中商人共
他所より直買仕候故問屋
口銭程は下直ニ売捌候故
却而町方之代呂物高直ニ
相成恐入奉存候其上塩

又者送り候塩買入候儀は
藤沢郷中馬より被差留
候故仕入方不自由ニ而
自然と高直ニ相当り難渋
仕候近頃承候得は諏訪
表ニ而は駿州より送り塩
致引合候故格外下直ニも

一 米穀之儀近頃は在中
ニ而達者ニ取引仕候もの
出来仕中馬ニ而附出し
又は他所商人江直売

近年、在中の商人達が他所より直接買い付けをしているため、問屋の口銭の分だけ安値で売り捌いているので、かえって町方の代用物が高値になってしまい、恐れ入ります。その上、塩の買い入れについて、他所より直接買い付けまたは送ってもらう塩の買い入れは、藤沢郷の中馬によって差し止められているため、仕入れが不自由で、自然と高値になってしまい難渋しております。近頃承りましたところでは、諏訪表では駿州より送り塩を取り引きしているため、格外に安値になっているようだと承知しております。
一、米穀について、近頃は在中で上手に取引をする者ができまして、中馬で送り出したり、また他所の商人へ直売したりしているため、自然と町方へ

出る穀物が払底してしまい、一同難渋しております。これも町方が融通が利かず、しっかりと買い入れをする者がいないためとはいえ、嘆かわしく存じております。

Moreover, regarding salt purchases, buying salt directly from other places or having it sent is prohibited by the packhorse operators of Fujisawa village, making procurement inconvenient and naturally resulting in high prices, causing us hardship. We have recently heard that in Suwa territory, they are dealing in salt shipped from Suruga Province, so prices there have become exceptionally low.
