　右名前之通御書付ニ而被仰渡候
一右之通被　仰付候ニ付仲間共打寄色々
　申談候得共御大切之御儀ニ付度々御訴訟

右の名前の通り、御書付でご指示いただきました。

一、右の通りご指示をいただいたことについて、仲間たちが集まって色々と相談いたしましたが、御大切なご用件につき度々御訴訟申し上げましたが、お聞き入れいただけませんので、やむを得ず願書をもって左の通りお請け負いいたします。

恐れながら口上書をもってお願い申し上げる事

一、今度御仕送りをお請け負いするようにとのご指示をいただき、承知いたしました。まことに御大切なご用件で、愚案の私どもがお召し寄せいただき、ご指示いただいた趣は至極ありがたく存じます。これにより昼夜集まって相談し、色々と勘弁いたしましたが、金子の高が大分の儀につき、恐れながら愚案では及び難く存じます。御大切なご用筋が滞り申しては、私ども不調法極まりなく存じます。これにより御訴訟申し上げましたが、ご承引いただけず、第一に御上の儀を恐れながら御大切に存じますので、仰せ出された金子高八千両での御仕送りお請け負いの儀を畏んでお受けいたします。ついては別紙書付をもって申し上げる通り

Should such an important official matter be delayed, we would consider ourselves extremely incompetent. Therefore, we submitted petitions, but our requests were not accepted.
