松平丹波守様御預所箕輪領木下村茂十と申者

恐れながら口上書を以って願い上げます件について
松平丹波守様の預かり所である箕輪領木下村の茂十という者が

私が請け合いいたしまして大工の仕事をして在住しておりますが、その請け合いの
赦免を成し下さいますよう願い上げます
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲を以って願い上げます通りお仰せ付けを
下し置かれましたなら、有り難い仕合わせと存じます。以上

右の趣旨について、ご慈悲を以って願い上げます通りお仰せ付けを
下し置かれましたなら、有り難い仕合わせと存じます。以上 勢利町

右の願書を二十日に清水氏のお取次で差し上げました所、当日にご聞き済みになりました段、
後藤氏より書状にてお聞かせ下さいました。すぐに丁代に申し渡しました

Regarding my relative Tomiya Tetsuji, I wish to send him to Kujiraya Izaemon's establishment in Nakamachi of Matsumoto castle town for a five-year period starting this year as an apprentice merchant serving as a shop assistant.
Therefore, I request that he be exempted from sectarian certification during this period.
