名跡を相続いたしたく存じ候につき、願い上げ奉ります

右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもって願い上げ候通りお仰せ付けくださいましたなら、
ありがたい仕合わせと存じ奉ります。以上 鉾持町

Regarding my relative Kiinokuya Katsubei, who has been temporarily discontinued, since there is a connection with a person named Katshichi, the younger brother of Sayokichi from Yazawa Village, Kagura District, Joshu Province, under the jurisdiction of Lord Minokasa-no-suke, I wish to adopt him along with his wife and one child to continue the family name, and therefore respectfully submit this petition.
