恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ申し上げます
私の寄弟子の栄太郎につきまして、今まで鍛冶職を務め御水役を
勤めておりましたが、病身となり鍛冶職ができなくなりましたので
御水役札をお返し致したく存じます。つきまして願い上げ申し上げます
右の趣旨について、御慈悲をもって願い上げ申し上げます通りにお命じになり
お許し下さいますならば、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上

he has become ill and can no longer perform blacksmithing work, therefore

I wish to have him work as a sawyer. I also wish to have him gradually learn forestry work
